With Fate/Stay Night: Heaven's Feel, the newest movie from unstable, one gets a glimpse of what life might be like if he is in the right place at the right time. A high school kid, who is in love with another girl, finds himself caught up in a long-standing war between magicians. The magician that he has a crush on is a master of illusions and magics. It seems as though she would be an easy catch, but instead, the boy finds himself falling into the clutches of the magician who may not be what he seems.
In Fate/Stay Night: Heaven's Feel, we see the protagonist, Koutarou Souichiro, trying to win the heart of his childhood friend Mion who has always been there for him in spite of her own heart. But when the boy is suddenly called upon to be a witness in one of the Magi's trial, he discovers that he is being accused of being an agent of evil. He is accused of being a sorcerer, which forces him to find out if the magician that he has a crush on really is as good as he says he is.
In order to discover if he is indeed good enough to win the love of his soul mate, he must also find out what exactly the magician is all about. To do this, he is required to travel to a parallel world and work alongside an older girl who is working with Magi Reis who is known for her prowess in using magic. However, the girl soon realizes that her magic isn't as good as she says it is.
Soon after, Koutarou meets Mion who he has a crush on. He thinks that since she is younger than him, she is more mature. But, when she begins acting out of character, Koutarou realizes that he may have fallen in love with the wrong girl. He begins to suspect that there is something else going on because the girl begins to give him strange messages and he doesn't understand them. The girl then reveals that her past is the key to understanding the situation and it involves the Magi Reis.
While on their journey together, they will be faced with some tough situations where they will have to work together in order to get the answer they need. From the start, Fate/Stay Night fans can sense that this is a story about two different paths where each of the boys ends up on the wrong side of the road. and he ends up in the wrong relationship.
